We want you to love your new outfit, but understand that an online purchase may not always be quite what we expected.

We are always here to assist and we do recommend that you reach out to us via Live Chat or email if you have any questions about any of our items prior to purchase. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we've made our returns a hassle free process. 

 

MICAAH RETURNS POLICY

We have created our Returns Policy in accordance with the current Australian Consumer Law which is regulated by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). 

Please note to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, We DO NOT provide refunds.

At Micaah, you are welcome to exchange all full-priced and sale garments. Please note we will issue you with a Store Credit which you can use to place your exchange order.

Micaah Store Credits DO NOT EXPIRE, we have monthly new arrivals so you are sure to find a beautiful replacement dress you will fall in love with. 

What Can I Return?

  • Full priced garments 

  • Sale garments 

  • For hygiene reasons; earrings, bodysuits and under-garments/intimates cannot be returned.

Conditions of Return

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and free of any perfume or body odour.

  • Items with any alterations, makeup, stains, fake tan, perfume or any odour will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • Please keep a copy of your returns tracking so you can track its progress. Micaah is not responsible for any missing return shipments. 

 

Returns Process

  • Please note you must submit your request for a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns must be received back at Micaah Head Quarters in Sydney Australia within 21 days from date of delivery.

  • The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer


How Can I Return My Order?

  • To return your order simply send us an email to hello@micaah.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for your return.

  • You can also complete the Returns Form below

  • A Customer Care Consultant will be in touch with you upon receipt of your request to provide you with the returns instructions

  • All return requests will be actioned within 5 business days 

  • Micaah will gladly accept a return of full price & sale, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged garments for a store credit only. We do not provide refunds.

  • Upon arrival of your returned order at our head quarters, please allow 5 business days for processing and quality checking. Our consultants will be in touch with you once your return has been processed. 

 

Cancelling an order

  • Orders can not be cancelled once placed. 

  • You can choose to receive a store credit towards a future purchase 

 

Faulty Items

  • Please note all orders are checked for quality prior to dispatch
  • In the event of an unexpected fault, Micaah will happily provide you with a replacement or repair at no extra cost upon approval.
  • Please send clear photos when requesting a return due to fault

 

Store Credit 

  • Our Store Credit can be used online at: www.micaah.com.au
  • Micaah Store Credits Do Not Expire and are issued in Australian Dollars 
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Please note using a Store Credits will incur a shipping fee. If free shipping was provided on the original order, it cannot be provided again for your second order.
